Having taught Kopa Birth Classes for more than a decade, I’ve guided hundreds of new parents through a process to achieve low-intervention birth. I impart the mindset and the coping skills needed for parents, to be active participants during childbirth.
Providing postpartum doula support for new families, who are adjusting to life with a newborn is my calling. Being present with new parents who are exhausted and overwhelmed, is my speciality. Helping new parents attune to their newborn’s cues and temperament is key to a peaceful postpartum journey.
Conducting CAPPA Trainings for prospective labor & postpartum doulas, as well as for childbirth educators, is a profound privilege. I truly love my career as a birth professional! I look forward to meeting you soon!
